Hi, I'm Estelle

I've navigated the challenging waters of ADHD, particularly as a woman diagnosed later in life. This journey wasn't easy; it involved grappling with misunderstood symptoms and finding effective strategies to manage my daily life. 

I explored a wide range of disciplines—from psychology and neuroscience to nutrition and meditation—and, along the way, became a certified coach and a practitioner of DBT and EFT. 

My passion is rooted in my personal experiences and the deep understanding of the unique challenges we face.

That's why I wrote the books I wish I could find when I got diagnosed with ADHD. And that's why I've created these practical tools to help you manage your symptoms and leverage your unique strengths.
