I've got DWP Access To Work funding. Can I pay with that?

Yes, it would be my honour. Book a chat here and make sure to mention it in the "Is there anything else you would like to share" question. Then we can discuss which package would be best for you.

Is it going to help me in my personal life too?

For sure! As I mentioned above, in real life things are not as clear cut as thesaurus definitions and if you cut the overwhelm in your business, it's going to have a huge impact on the rest of your life. Same goes with breaking down limiting beliefs and improving emotional regulation.

I'm not officially diagnosed, can we still work together?

Yes, whether you've had an ADHD late diagnosis, you've been diagnosed for years, or you're self-diagnosed, as long as you recognise yourself in the symptoms and the strategies work for you, we can work together.

I'm also Autistic, can we still work together?

Of course, we are more than a series of labels and diagnoses. A high proportion of my clients are AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) and seing great results from our work together.

What is impact-focused entrepreneurship?

It's starting and running a business to make a positive difference, not just money.

It means the business aims to create social, environmental, or community impact as well as profit. For example, helping people, protecting the planet, improving education, or supporting mental health.
Impact-focused entrepreneurs build businesses that solve real problems and help others, while still earning income and being sustainable.

So instead of only asking, “How much money can this make?” they also ask, “What positive change can this create?”

I'm not an entrepreneur, can we still work together?

Yes, if you're self-employed or working freelance and you're not just asking asking, “How much money can this make?” but also asking, “What positive change can this create?”

I work for an organization, can we still work together?

Yes, as long as you have some agency in how you organize your work and your organization aims to create social, environmental, or community impact as well as profit. For example, helping people, protecting the planet, improving education, entertaining or supporting mental health. But I would also encourage you to look as systemic change options. Do you work with organizations?

Yes, I run training and workshops, and I do consulting with businesses that are looking to make a positive difference, not just money. They don't need to be charities, NGOs or not-for-profit but they need to aim to create social, environmental, or community impact. Contact me to discuss your needs and options.

I'm not in the UK, can we still work together?

Of course! I work with clients in the US, Canada, Australia and even New Zealand. It can be a little bit more tricky to merge diary but we'll find a way and meet online at a time that suits us both.

I would prefer to meet in person. Can you do that?

If you're in Thanet (Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs, Birchington, etc), that's absolutely no problem. If you're in East Kent, it can be arranged. If you're in London, I usually work hybrid with a mix of remotes and in person meetings.
